End Enrolment Date for a Student

The end date from Synergetic is not part of the API data that we receive from ICON. The end date that we do receive, even though a student might finish earlier in the current year, is always December of the same year. 

So for now you have to manually add an end date into nForma.

To do this, go to:

    1. HOME> Maintain Students/Class list

    2. Find the student for the current year, semester and Home Group

    3. Click on the orange edit icon

    4. In the END DATE field change it for the following cases:

        a. If a student did not start at all, enter the 2nd January for the end date, assuming the start date is 1st of January

        b. If the student started, but left later in the year, enter the true end date
