Setting Staff User Permission levels

The Permission levels grant users access to certain Wellbeing items and the ability to publish Forms and Notices. 


NOTE: SMS is limited to only ADMIN, but "teacher" users have access to BULK email


There are 4 levels of Permission available:

  • Level 1: Principal (Most secure)

  • Level 2: Leadership (High security)

  • Level 3: Administrators (Medium security)

  • Level 4: All staff users


To set a staff member's access, go into "Apps", "Users" then "Staff". Click the button on the right under "Actions" for that user. Select the group access level that they will be a part of. 


In regards to publishing forms and notices, Levels 1, 2 and 3 will allow a non admin to publish.
