The easiest way to get all the scores for an area like English or Maths, is to download all the scores as a spreadsheet and then filter the results to find just the scores you need.
To do that you can follow these steps:
Go to nReports.
From the ‘Reports’ drop down menu, select ‘Export Data’.
Select the correct year and reporting period.
Make sure the ‘Export Data Type’ selector is set to ‘SPA Data’.
Click the ‘Download’ button.
That should download a spreadsheet with all the scores for the selected reporting period.
Once you’ve downloaded and opened the file, you can add filters to all the columns by just clicking anywhere in the data and then clicking on the button labelled ‘Sort and Filter’ and selecting ‘Filter’.
