Can I resend a notice that is already published to parents?

Yes, you are able to resend a notice that has already been published. To do this, follow these steps.

1. Go into the "Notices" module and find the notice that you would like to send out again.

2. Click on "Actions" and "Unpublish"

3. You will now see the status change from "Published" to "Draft". Go back to "Actions" then "Manage". In there, click on "Edit".

4. Here, untick the "Notify Parents" tick box and then click "Submit".

5. Repeat the process again, "Actions" -> "Manage" -> "Edit".

6. Re-tick the "Notify Parents" button so that it is selected. "Submit" again.

7. Go back into "Actions" and "Publish" the notice again. Parents will now receive another notification for the previously published notice.
