Yes, you are able to edit the styling of your comments. To do this, go into "nReports Setup" then "Report Style". Find the "Report Components Style" section of the page and look for "Comments (Default)".
Click on the edit icon for the "Text Style".
Here you can make any changes to the formatting of the comments.
