No, a thumbnail is not compulsory. However, having a thumbnail will make your notices dashboard more colorful and enticing for parents. We have a default thumbnail that will be assigned to any notice that has no thumbnail uploaded. If you are uploading a thumbnail, we recommend it be a small image and is landscape as it will format better on the app.
